About Isabelle

Hi! I’m Isabelle, a former corporate professional turned full-time cultural travel writer. Since 2022, I’ve been slow-travelling across Central and Southern Europe, spending weeks or months at a time uncovering what makes a place tick – beyond the tourist clichés and social media hype.

With a passion for meticulous research (I knew that law degree would eventually come in handy), I curate highly detailed, obsessively crafted guides that blend Europe’s cultural, historical, and culinary heart.

I explore both headline landmarks and overlooked corners, distilling what’s truly worth your time.
