Best villas in Florence with pools located in the hills of Florence
Hotel Torre di Bellosguardo
My first reaction when seeing this luxury hotel in Florence’s hills was “oh wowww” – it really is magnificent!
This unique, luxury hotel outside Florence feels more like a grand private residence than it necessarily does a hotel and that, in my opinion, is a marvelous thing. It has to be one of the nicest hotels in Florence.
First things first – the pool. Situated in a lush, green, lawn this very large pool seems to go on for days and also offers incredible views towards the hazy rooftops of Florence city, along with its prize possession – the majestic Duomo and cupola.
The hotel’s refreshing pool make it an excellent choice for those seeking a hotel with a pool in Florence hills.
Rooms at this fine property, located in the picturesque Florence hills, will have you feeling like a Tuscan lord or lady. With antique beds, vaulted ceilings, tiled floors, and windows that frame the Tuscan countryside and city of Florence, it offers a truly enchanting experience.
Note that there is no restaurant onsite, but the hotel can arrange for dinner from a nearby restaurant to be delivered.
Continental breakfast is, however, provided. A special mention has to go to the reviews from past guests, who rave about the hospitality at Hotel Torre di Bellosguardo and how staff went over and beyond.
Location
Bear in mind that with those incredible views of the city, comes the fact that the hotel is set outside of it. It’s not quite as far as you would think, however.
